_{Sam: is the daughter of Pegasus and Cecelia, her mother died when she was 6 years, and her father, who wanted to move on, traveled to Egypt once to find new inspiration for his paintings *since Cecelia was gone* and found Shadi, who gave him the millenium eye for him and the millenium pendant for her daughter, and when he returned home, he gave it to Sam, a spirit was inside it and Sam decided to call her Iris after several years of wondering who -the hell- she was and why she was following her everywhere (she didn't have any memories) [link]
After some years, she mets Yugi at the duelist kingdom and became friends with him they both discovered that the spirits who were living in their millenium items were somehow related

Iris (Name in ancient Egypt:Neftis): she and kisara are twins, their mother was Merit, who was from the family of Thot priests, a family of priests that had a rare feature: their pale skin. Their father was Abidos, a pharaoh Akunamkanon priest, very devoted to his country and owner of the Millenium Pendant.
Kisara has the Blue Eyes White dragon Kaa, and Neftis the Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys kaa, Zorc Necrophidius realized this was a pretty strong power that joined could contribute to ruin his plans, so he took Kisara away from her family and casted a curse on her, making everyone who know her, forget her. Even when Seto found and saved Kisara, he forgot her due to this curse.
Many years after, when Seto found Kisara again, Neftis reconigzed her and realized she was her sister.}

I don't care if you think she's a Mary-sue ouo 8th millenium this and that stuff is kinda driving me crazy o3oU I know having a Oc means try to follow the canon storyline, but if you want to add a character, then why not an artifact? xD depends on the story my folks, my Oc's millenium item isn't the main saviour, she isn't a hero because of it, and in which other way in the Yugioh world can someone have a spirit from ancient egypt atached to this world? o3o please, stop messing around with ocs that are not yours o.O you shouldn't care what other people is doing, come on! xD
